Becoming a dad, turning 40 and being made redundant in a short space of time gave me a different perspective on life. I wanted to create something that would give me the flexibility to be able to be able to spend as much time with my family as possible, but also provide the best life possible for us.

I also wanted to provide a service that genuinely brings a smile to people’s faces and makes their lives slightly easier. Believe it or not, cleaning ovens achieves all of those things!

Seeing customer reactions is definitely my favourite part! Every day and every clean is different, so my aim is to achieve the WOW factor on every single clean I do. Judging from the reactions so far, I think I’m doing ok!

There’s a lot of great oven cleaners out there working hard and doing an amazing job! But having a background in corporate roles has given me a huge attention to detail, as well as recognising the importance of excellent customer service - so I pride myself on that. We’re using eco-friendly products and taking the time to make sure that every oven is left looking as close to new as possible! That’s my answer anyway, but if you were to ask our customers - they’d say the pink socks!
