These terms apply to all services provided by Oven Cleenz.
Quote
Any quote or estimate provided by Oven Cleenz prior to the provision of the service is indicative only and subject to revision if the applicance(s) is not as described by the customer. The Customer’s agreement to proceed with the service(s) constitutes acceptance of the quote/estimate and subsequent agreement to these terms and conditions.
Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. Appointment is the date on which Oven Cleenz confirms the arrangements, including the cost, date, time and location for the service(s) to be provided. This is confirmed via email/text/whatsapp message on booking of the appointment, and a reminder sent to the customer the day before the appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Access & safety
The customer agrees to provide safe access to the property and work area at the scheduled time. Appliances must be switched off and cool before we begin work. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe. If Oven Cleenz are unable to gain access to the property as agreed, or provide the agreed service due to safety, a cancellation fee may apply.
Service expectations
We aim to achieve the best possible results on every job. Some straining or wear may not be fully removable due to the age or condition of the appliance. Customer agreement will be obtained before any further work is carried out that would increase the agreed price.
Existing damage
Oven Cleenz cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, including worn seals, cracked glass, loose fittings or faulty parts.
Payments
Payment in full is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance. Accepted forms of payment are cheque, cash, bank transfer or debit/credit card (where available).
Cancellations
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if the customer needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a fee may be incurred. Repeated ‘late’ cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Liability
Oven Cleenz holds public liability insurance for your peace of mind. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
